We work with a limited number of parishes to develop highly individualized plans that create a welcoming environment for young adults through leadership formation, parish-wide prayer series and events, and faith sharing groups.
We also help adults and parish staff develop mentoring skills to empower spiritual growth among young adults. Specifically, we:
Work with parish leaders to discern ways to better draw young adults given their parishes’ current situation.
Facilitate Prayer Series that draw young adults and adults, such as Conversations of the Heart and Befriending God.
- Form a task force to explore Young Adult Ministry including:
- helping organize 3 solid young adult events for the parish such as Taizé Prayer, Java-Jazz-and-Jesus, or Praise and Worship Concert.
inviting young adults of the parish to attend spiritual retreats, especially Caritas and Silent Retreats.
discerning a vision and program for the parish’s young adult outreach.
- supporting the implementation of this vision for a 1 year pilot stage.
